Vice President of Finance
Location: Chino Hills, CA (On-site)
Salary: $150K - $180K + Bonus
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to join our executive leadership team. This role will partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and scalable growth across a fast-paced manufacturing and wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing strategic financial leadership
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives and the Board
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Manage audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and risk management
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financing strategies
- Partner with operations, sales, and HR on pricing, margin analysis, and contract reviews
- Design and implement scalable financial systems, processes, and infrastructure
- Lead and develop high-performing finance and accounting team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Prior experience as a Controller or equivalent leadership role
- 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (Director, Sr. Director, or VP)
- Industry experience in manufacturing, wholesale, or consumer products
- Strong background supporting mass retail, e-commerce, and club channels
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven experience with financial strategy, operations, and team leadership
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required
